What is the process for recruitment as an independent contractor with W+SORRB Health Connect?
The recruitment process for independent contractors at W+SORRB Health Connect involves the following steps: Application Submission – Send your updated CV and relevant credentials to hr@wsorrb.ca for review. Credential Verification – We verify your nursing license, certifications, liability insurance, and other required documents. Contract Agreement – Once approved, you’ll sign an independent contractor agreement outlining terms, responsibilities, and payment details. Profile Matching – We match you with available assignments based on your skills, specialty, and preferred locations. Deployment & Onboarding – You receive assignment details, complete any required orientation, and begin working as an independent contractor.
Do you sponsor internationally educated nurses to come to Canada?
Not at this time. W+SORRB Health Connect does not currently offer sponsorship for internationally educated nurses. However, if you are already licensed and authorized to work in Canada, you are welcome to apply for available positions by sending your CV to hr@wsorrb.ca.
